Euhdara genome data and Japan visit

As a sideline to his main project on the colour polymorphism of Cepaea, PhD student Paul Richards has generated a RAD Seq library for Euhadra, one of the few snails to vary in their coiling or chirality. We just got the sequences back, all 162 million of the them. Paul has also been awarded a British Council funded research trip to Sendai, Japan - as the snails originate from the Tohoku rehion, then one of his tasks while there will be to begin to make sense of the Euhadra sequences. Gambate Paul!
